Job Description

• A bachelor's degree or master degree in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or its equivalent
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook)
• Required language(s): Fluent in written & spoken Bahasa Malaysia and good at English
• Must be willing to take up challenges and multi-tasking jobs
• At least 2 years working experience
• Experience in wastewater treatment, biogas, or other related industries will be an added advantage
• Experience in using AUTOCAD and / or Sketchup will be an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Conduct R&D work with team for developing innovative and value-added products & systems in wastewater treatment and biogas industry
• Work with project managers for R&D project planning and execution
• Study literatures for R&D projects
• Work in laboratory and at project sites for R&D projects
• Communicate and build good relationship with project partners
• Ensure that all innovations align with local and international standards and compliance requirements
• Prepare R&D project reports and papers for publishing in science & technology magazines and international conferences, and write patents.
• Other duties as assigned
