KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

• To ensure the Contractor complies with the accepted QA/QC procedures with proper documentations and conditions of Contract, Specifications and Drawings.
• To keep record on site daily activities, delay events, variations and unforeseen circumstances, material delivery, manpower & machinery operational record, weather record, etc.
• To ensure the Contractor executes the works in accordance with project quality plan and adhere to HSSE control & prevention measures.
• To track and monitor work progress in daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
• To assist line manager in reviewing Construction drawings and as-built drawings.
• To supervise material testing and field quality control test & laboratory tests.
• To prepare and submit quality control reports to line manager.
• To assess work done and verify the payment certificate submitted by contractor and/or consultant and line manager in tendering process if required.

QUALIFICATION & WORK EXPERIENCE:

• Bachelor\'s Degree in Civil Engineering from recognized learning institution.
• Minimum 5 years of project engineering, construction and supervision experience in building and infrastructure construction preferably in industrial plant/building or any multi-discipline project.
• Possess knowledge and experience in project quality control implementation system. Experience in ISO management system and JKR quality control guideline and supervision manual will serve as advantage.
• Computer literate i.e., Microsoft Office Tools, Microsoft Outlook, Autocad, etc.
• Good communication skill in both English and Mandarin will serve as advantage.
• Full time and based in Bintulu-Samalaju CCPP project site.

• To work within stringent datelines, budget, and multiple project packages.
• High levels of technical knowledge, skill and experience are required to deal with complex issues of the project.
