Job Description

:

• Develop goals, priorities, area of focus and strategies for DX Solutions towards profitable growth and market success.
• Maintain close relationships with all vendors and key partners clear understanding of their solution Go-To-Market (GTM) success elements and expectations.
• Constantly updated with market information from various sources and able to act quickly to market changes.
• Close collaboration and alignment of plans with internal Sales team and Solution Business Operation's teams.
• Optimize each product in the portfolio to identify opportunities to expand relevant solutions offering.
• Act as the primary representative of the company in events, conferences.

• Keenly monitor performance benchmark in market share, profitability, inventory level and team's KPIs.
• Ensure adherence to all legal rules and guidelines of the company
• Supports overall responsibility for Client Relationship at the company's executive level. Plans, advises and leads sales and marketing activities to continually reflect customer trends, market fluctuations, and changes in business practices/technology.
• Establishes and articulates innovations and growth opportunities for customers and the company.
• Ensures client satisfaction and broadening of offerings with potential new customers.
• Establishes relationships proactively and grows customer intimacy.
• Communicates with cross-functional groups and builds strategic relationships with client teams.

• Provides significant industry expertise and client business acumen. Sells higher value services to the customer, enabling competitive advantage for them in the marketplace.
• Captures best practices and advises and facilitates the management and movement of information.
• To test and evaluate new systems/solutions.
• React promptly and effectively in changing customers and projects needs.
• Anticipate any potential project risks, identifying, and establishing corrective actions.
• Produce deliverables on-time to customer requirements, clarifying these requirements where necessary.
