To provide technical information to Sales and/or Specialist during customer\'s engagement solution or proposal
To conduct software and/or workflow solution training to customers.
To prepare/provide Proof of Concept (POC)
To prepare/develop/customize/implement solution integration with other application/system/solution.
To prepare/update/maintain documentation on solution that had implemented/customized/developed/delivered to customer.
To provide technical support/maintenance/monitor on solution that had impletemented/customized/developed/delivered to customers.
