Job description
In your new role you will:
- Design, configure and customize ServiceNow platform and HRSD.
- Provide end-to-end support and perform test, change, release and deployment for already implemented solutions.
- Provide 2nd level support and manage incidents: receive, categorize, prioritize and track incidents using remedy tool as ticketing platform.
- Ensure documentation is maintained and kept up to date. Document known problems, workarounds, and resolution plans.
- Work closely together with team members in APAC and other regions
You are best equipped for this task if you have:
- Bachelor Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or any relevant field.
- Minimum 1 to 3 years of working experience in IT or any relevant field.
- Knowledge of ServiceNow platform. HRSD module experience is a plus.
- Strong problem analytical, problem-solving skills, and good communication skills.
- High analytical skills, independent but also structured work in a team.
- Knowledge of SAP ERP HCM will be an advantage.
