JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Assist in preparation of turnkey proposals, alternative designs (including in-house projects and temporary works) and tendering of projects.
Assist in checking that quality records are maintained according to quality requirements.
Assist in inspecting the quality of works carried out according to quality requirements, specifications, and contract conditions.
Liaise with clients, consultants, and sub-contractors, including monitoring the progress and follow-up with sub-contractors on approved work.
Assist and guide new staff (lower level staff) when required.
