Job Description

To provide engineering leadership and support for all technical matters and execute strategic action plan to improve yield, quality & quantity set and strive to reduce manufacturing cost in order to keep department KPI target

1] To excute and realize the formulated goals and success plan for the department to achieve manufacturing excellence

2] To ensure Production achieve all establish production goals by communicate these goals and execute the plan to make this a reality

3] Provide leadership role to implement and enforce in-line quality control

4] Comply to manufacturing standard by dispose of non-conformance product accordingly to manufacturing standard and ensure all production activities strictly adhare to the standard operating prodedure.

5] Identify potential mis-operation by continuously identify and eradicate potential work risk analysis in mis-operation

6] Pursue eradication of all quality issue by adopting Preventive Action arcoss the line (Horizontal Deployment) and nurture pro-active actions.

7] Product cost competitive by improve product standard time, material usage, yield variances, AT/ST gap, carry out and excute the major cost reduction projects.

8] Identify and eliminate waste operation by continue identify and improve human efficiency,

9] Cooperate with Production control department To determine monthly production plan and meet budget OTD target

10] Manage and pursue a minimum production LT or TAT
