In your new role you will:

• Set min/max wip target by processes and generate report to access/manage Line / Package Range & cycle time Performance
• Lead ramp-up, migration/ transfers, start-up, and cost savings projects whereby lots scheduling and machine resources are involved
• Define number of equipment\'s and resource required base on Line/Package Demand
• Actively engaging with capacity planner, PLP planner to meet weekly backlog/ delivery targe

Your profile
You are best equipped for this task if you have:

Degree in an engineering discipline (Electrical, Mechanical, Computer Science, Materials Engineering, and other semiconductor related areas) * To have background in Planning Systematic Tools (eg, Business Object , Cerberus) in order to derive and analyses planning data

• To have background in EXCEL , Powerpoint in order to establish daily , weekly and monthly Operation and key KPI report.
• To have background in coordination as required to coordinate improvement projects to meet Line/Package performance
• To have some background in Industrial Planning as need to know on equipment UPH and managing of bottleneck process
