• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Bachelor Degree in Engineering Studies and equivalent.
• Fluent in Mandarin and English.
• Strong project management skills.
• Good leadership and interpersonal skill.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work independently and effectively in a team environment.
• Excellent in Microsoft Excel and Power Point.

• To understand mechanical concepts and processes easily, as well as use equipment and tools will help you in your profession.

• Be part of a team in developing systems, fixing problems or creating solutions.
• Listening to workers, teammates and management is crucial to an engineer\'s job.
• Able to communicate your plans, thoughts, and rationale in your job.
• Ability to manage time, supplies, personnel and funds.
