• Knowledge of smart robotics systems and their operational requirements is an advantages.
• Familiarity with infrastructure setup and troubleshooting
• Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving abilities, strong communication skills, and customer-oriented approach.

ResponsibilitiesResponsibilities

• Basic Networking Setup: Install, configure, and maintain network equipment, including routers, switches, firewalls, and related hardware.
• Robotics Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve issues related to robotic systems, ensuring smooth operation and optimal functionality.
• Technical Support: Provide on-site and remote support to clients, resolving technical issues promptly and efficiently.
• Smart Robotics Infrastructure Support: Assist with IT infrastructure setup, management, and optimization, including hardware and software installations.
• Project Assistance: Collaborate with the project team on various innovative solutions, contributing technical expertise for project execution.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate records of configurations, troubleshooting steps, and resolutions for efficient reference.
• Customer Training: Educate customers on system operations, maintenance practices, and best practices for using technical solutions.
• Familiar to innovation technology: Services robots, Cleaning robots, Immersive visualization & etc is an advantages.
