Job Description

1. Manage all mechanical engineering services.
2. Operate mechanical services, plant and its related installations.
3. Coordinate between FEMS head unit services related to mechanical services and other works / services in Facility Engineering Maintenance.
4. Coordinate and supervise repair work for both in-house and outsourced.
5. Manage unscheduled and scheduled maintenance works.
6. Coordinate the mechanical/building repairing/service contractors.
7. Facilitate in the implementation of Health, Safety and Environment procedures.
8. Implement and manage effectively Quality Assurance Programme (QAP).
9. Resolve technical problem promptly.
10. Plan and manage the replacement, improvement and alteration of electrical services.
11. Manage the asset register of all building spaces and services.
12. Provide training programs to user and staff on safety and operation of mechanical system.
13. Provide technical and budgetary planning control for mechanical services and systems.

14. Manage all mechanical drawings and specifications for the building site.
15. Ensure that all relevant laws, statues and regulations are complied with.
16. Undertake other duties and responsibilities as may be assigned by the Management from time to time or as and when necessary for the effective realization of the job-purpose.
