Job Description
:
- Lead and manage Network Monitoring (NM) to resolve any service affecting related issue of GIRN network (Base Station, Switch, Transmission & Line Dispatcher) within defined SLA.
- To ensure that 1st level troubleshooting is done through remote troubleshooting to verify and identified fault location before escalating to Field Support Team.
- To monitor rectification of GIRN Network issues is following End to End Fault Escalation SOP.
- Escalate and follow up with lease line provider for any issue related to lease line service breakdown.
- Apply ad-hoc Telekom Malaysia (TM) work permit on behalf FST for any urgent rectification related to sites belong to Telekom Malaysia (TM)
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
- 3-4 years of experience
- Telecommunications/ Electrical/ Mechanical industry background.
- Previous NOC and Tech Analyst experience is highly preferred, but not required.
- Must be able to work shift schedule
