Develop, validate, and qualify state-of-the-art 3D NAND memory products for customer innovations. Develop reliability test flows (MAF/pWLRx/ULR) used for device qualification demonstration. Collaborate with the Reliability team to ensure comprehensive product testing and address potential issues promptly. Innovate new reliability features and solutions to meet all customer requirements. Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure complete reliability coverage and understand issues arising from reliability testing. Apply in-house statistical tools for engineering data analysis, validation, and risk assessment. Act as first responders to reliability test program-related issues. Define interface hardware specifications and perform validation and debugging of new interface boards to ensure product compatibility and efficient performance in various environments. Degree or equivalent experience in Electrical and Electronics Engineering. Proficiency in coding/programming languages such as Python/C++ will be added advantage. Basic understanding of CMOS technology and NAND flash device physics and design. Proven experience in reliability testing and familiarity with testing methodology and verification. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Effective interpersonal skills in written and spoken English. Good multitasking abilities and the capacity to set priorities in a multifaceted, fast-paced environment. Experience in leading and mentoring engineering teams is a strong plus.
