Production control & monitoring \xef\x82\xa7 Create logbook for all production workers to track output and productivity. \xef\x82\xa7 Work with paint engineer regarding paint mixtures and quality. \xef\x82\xa7 Work on chemical composition used in anodizing line to ensure good products. \xef\x82\xa7 Educate workers on better manufacturing practices. \xef\x82\xa7 Oversee daily production line activities in Surface Treatment. \xef\x82\xa7 Manpower control & monitoring. \xef\x82\xa7 Out-put monitoring. \xef\x82\xa7 5S housekeeping. \xef\x82\xa7 Be cost-conscious and avoid all possible wastage. \xef\x82\xa7 Rejection issues and monitoring Process improvement \xef\x82\xa7 To look into the process improvement (Man, Machine, method and Material) for repeated orders. \xef\x82\xa7 To look into efficiency of moving parts from one location to another without damaging the parts. \xef\x82\xa7 To check and ensure all documentation required for ISO Audit are filed properly with correct references and drawings. \xef\x82\xa7 To continue improvising on paint process flow chart and educate production workers. Communications \xef\x82\xa7 Handle supplier feedback/inquiries. \xef\x82\xa7 Job discussions with supplier. \xef\x82\xa7 Job discussions with Sales Manager or Production Manager. \xef\x82\xa7 Job discussions with Supervisors and Technician. Technical support & problem solving \xef\x82\xa7 To provide technical advice to Sale department during RFQ stage. \xef\x82\xa7 To provide technical support to production. \xef\x82\xa7 Monitor the progress of first article (FA) for new product. \xef\x82\xa7 To provide technical advice to QA on rework parts. Training/Supervising \xef\x82\xa7 To provide sufficient training and guidance to new comers, \xef\x82\xa7 To provide training to operator. Problem solving \xef\x82\xa7 To handle technical problems and solve problems together with shopfloor. \xef\x82\xa7 Feedback technical issues to the sales managers, production manager or customers. \xef\x81\xb6 Material Review Board (MRB) Meeting \xef\x82\xa7 Weekly meeting on MRB. \xef\x82\xa7 Handle RMR, RTV on all the rejected parts, finding the root causes and provide corrective and preventive action (CAPA). \xef\x82\xa7 Arrange RMR & RTV rework parts. Supporting Sub-contract machining work \xef\x82\xa7 To solve technical issue with sub-contractor if necessary. \xef\x82\xa7 To provide technical support to Supply Chain Management. Other duties & responsibilities \xef\x82\xa7 Any other duties that the management may assign from time to time.
