Engineer Process (furnace)
Job Description
In your new role you will: Perform process engineering and production support in one selected assigned area of semiconductor process. Work as a team between engineers from Manufacturing/Equipment/Technology/Quality to resolve production related quality issues in order to reduce production line disruptions. Support tools installations as well as process & technology transfers to meet company targets, following standard process & tool release business flow. Perform FMEA, risk assessment of process changes, with proper process change management. Ensure the robustness of processes with Advance Process Control (APC),Statistical Process Control (SPC) and other process control tools. Manage recipe and procedural control. Develop and maintain process & operation specifications as well as Out of Control Action Plan (OCAP). Initiate, coordinate and support excursion prevention, cost reduction and quality improvement projects. Your Profile You are best equipped for this task if you have: Master or degree in Engineering/Material Science/Physics/Chemistry disciplines or relevant qualifications are required. Preferably with at least 2 years of Furnace/Diffusion experience with vertical or horizontal furnaces and metrology equipment Benefits What we offer you in Kulim In our wafer production in Kulim we are producing more than 100.000 wafer each month.
