Job Description

In your new role you will: . Perform process engineering and production support in one selected assigned area of semiconductor process. . Work as a team between Manufacturing / Mnt / UPS / LBS / Technology / Quality to resolve production and quality issues and reduce production line disruptions . Support tools installations as well as process & technology transfers to meet company targets, following standard process & tool release business flow . Perform FMEA, risk assessment of process changes, with proper process change management . Ensure the robustness of processes with Advance Process Control (APC), Statistical Process Control (SPC) and other process control tools. . Manage recipe and procedural control. Develop and maintain process & operation specifications as well as Out of Control Action Plan (OCAP) . Initiate, coordinate and support excursion prevention, cost reduction and quality improvement projects Your Profile You are best equipped for this task if you have:z . Bachelor in Electrical / Manufacturing / Mechatronics disciplines or relevant qualifications are required. . 1-3 years of experience as process engineer in semiconductor industry preferable in optical inspection or defect density engineering area. . Familiar with CIP methodology. . Good analytical and data analysis skills. . Strong communication and written skills in English. . Self-motivated and team player. .
