n your new role you will: P

erform process engineering and production support in one selected assigned area of semiconductor process. W
ork as a team between Manufacturing/ Mnt/ UPE/ LBS/ Technology/Quality to resolve production and quality issues and reduce production line disruptions. S
upport tools installations as well as process ramp; technology transfers to meet company targets, following standard process ramp; tool release business flow. P
erform FMEA, risk assessment of process changes, with proper process change management E
nsure the robustness of processes with Advance Process Control (APC),Statistical Process 5Control (SPC) and other process control tools. M
anage recipe and procedural control. Develop and maintain process ramp; operation specifications as well as Out of Control Action Plan(OCAP) I
nitiate, coordinate and support excursion prevention, cost reduction and quality improvement projects

ou are best equipped for this task if you have: F

resh Graduate & job experience approximately 1-3 years of relevant experience in semiconductor industry. B
achelor or Master degree in an engineering discipline (Material Science, Mechanical, Chemical, Nuclear Science). G
ood communication skills in English and ability to interact with all levels of employees M
ust able to work in shift pattern inside clean room environment B
usiness knowledge is more strategic for the organization A
bility to identify and resolve problems
