Job description
In your new role you will:
- Perform process engineering and production support in one selected assigned area of semiconductor process.
- Work as a team between Manufacturing/ Mnt/ UPE/ LBS/ Technology/Quality to resolve production and quality issues and reduce production line disruptions.
- Support tools installations as well as process ramp; technology transfers to meet company targets, following standard process ramp; tool release business flow
- Perform FMEA, risk assessment of process changes, with proper process change management
- Ensure the robustness of processes with Advance Process Control (APC),Statistical Process 5Control (SPC) and other process control tools.
- Manage recipe and procedural control. Develop and maintain process ramp; operation specifications as well as Out of Control Action Plan (OCAP)
- Initiate, coordinate and support excursion prevention, cost reduction and quality improvement projects
You are best equipped for this task if you have:
- Fresh Graduate & job experience approximately 1-3 years of relevant experience in semiconductor industry.
- Bachelor or Master degree in an engineering discipline (Material Science, Mechanical, Chemical, Nuclear Science).
- Good communication skills in English and ability to interact with all levels of employees
- Must able to work in shift pattern inside clean room environment
- Business knowledge is more strategic for the organization
- Ability to identify and resolve problems
