I

n your new role you will: P

erform process engineering and production support in one selected assigned area of semiconductor process. W
ork as a team between Manufacturing/ Maintenances/ UPE/ LBS/Technology/Quality to resolve production and quality issues and reduce production line disruptions. S
upport tools installations as well as process & technology transfers to meet company targets, following standard process & tool release business flow. P
erform FMEA, risk assessment of process changes, with proper process change management. E
nsure the robustness of processes with Advance Process Control(APC),Statistical Process Control (SPC) and other process control tools. M
anage recipe and procedural control. Develop and maintain process operation specifications as well as Out of Control Action Plan (OCAP). I
nitiate, coordinate and support excursion prevention, cost reduction and quality improvement projects. F
amiliarize with Tableau, Microsoft words & excel and good in datamining.

ou are best equipped for this task if you have: B

achelor in Mechanical/Electrical/Mechatronics disciplines or relevant qualifications are required. 1
-3 years of experience as process engineer in semiconductor industry preferable in thin wafer or carrier technology. F
amiliar with CIP methodology. G
ood analytical and data analysis skills. S
trong communication and written skills in English. S
elf-motivated and team player. I
nnovative and work independently to drive technical projects.
