Job Description

:

Lead a group of production technician to support the new machine set up and buy-off before phase into production. To involve in machines UPH, machine efficiency, output yield, improvement project and spare parts control.

Responsibilities :

To carry out PM / equipment calibration / GR & R / stability / bias on all machines before due date. Resolve identified engineering issues with manufacturing equipment keeping downtime to a minimum. Ensure and carry out the machine maintenance, in order to achieve high machine efficiency. Coordinate with equipment/R&D engineers on new equipment in production. To carry out machines improvement projects and spare parts replacement & cost saving evaluation. Responsible to generate SOP for the production staff. To support new equipment setup and buy-off. To maintain process yield as per target. To work with production to prevent quality issue occur at line. Coordinate and review machines efficiency and UPH to achieve optimum machines performance. To have CI project on those high defect issue.

Requirements :

Must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree (Technical). < 5 years related work experience.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM7,000.00 per month
