Job Summary
xe2x97x8f Responsible for ensuring flour production adheres to customer specifications and for maintaining optimal flour extraction rates.
Job Responsibilities
xe2x97x8f Monitor mill performance and maintain optimal mill balance
xe2x97x8f Supervise and provide guidance to the senior miller and mill technician
xe2x97x8f Monitor and ensure the cleanliness and sanitation of the plant
xe2x97x8f Review and verify production documentation and checklists for accuracy and completeness
xe2x97x8f Identify and implement process efficiency improvements within the mill.
xe2x97x8f Monitor, investigate, and resolve plant operation stoppages and equipment breakdowns."
xe2x97x8f Monitor and assess equipment condition to ensure optimal performance and prevent failures."
xe2x97x8f Ensure production staff adheres to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and safety work procedures.
xe2x97x8f Source suppliers and obtain quotations for necessary materials and services
xe2x97x8f Contributes to production order management and planning.
xe2x97x8f Ensures production complies with all applicable food safety standards
xe2x97x8f Develop and implement plans for wheat conditioning and flour milling processes
Education & Qualification
xe2x97x8f Minimum Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Engineering or equivalent qualification recognised.
Technical Skills & Professional Knowledge
