Requirements:Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, Software, or related field).
Experience: Minimum of 1 year of engineering experience in a relevant field.
Certifications: Professional Engineer (PE) license or equivalent is preferred but not required.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in software, simulation tools, and other relevant engineering software. Strong understanding of engineering principles and methodologies. Scopes:Key Responsibilities:Design and Development:Develop detailed engineering designs and specifications for products, systems, or processes.
Utilize software and other engineering tools to create prototypes and models.
Conduct simulations and tests to validate designs and ensure compliance with industry standards.Project Management:Manage engineering projects from conception to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including manufacturing, quality assurance, and supply chain, to ensure project success.
Prepare and present project status reports to stakeholders.Problem Solving and Innovation:Identify technical challenges and develop innovative solutions to address them.
Continuously seek improvements in existing products, processes, and systems.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices.Quality Assurance and Compliance:Ensure that all engineering activities comply with relevant regulatory requirements and industry standards.
Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for any quality issues.
Maintain accurate documentation of designs, test results, and project progress.Collaboration and Communication:Work closely with other engineers, designers, and stakeholders to achieve project goals.
Communicate technical information clearly and effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.
