• Maintain and improve the QA/QC program as defined in the Company\xe2\x80\x99s Quality Policy standard.
• Provides technical and regulatory expertise for a range of quality assurance testing and inspection activities associated with product development and manufacturing
• Developing and implementing quality control systems.
• Develop and implement any required quality control policies, procedures, specifications, forms, checklists, reports, etc., for services, incoming material, and factory assembly, testing and shipping.
• Lead on Quality incident 8D. Investigate quality problems by reviewing quality trends, tracking the root cause(s) of the problem(s), coordinating corrective actions and implanting appropriate adjustments. Resolve inquires to satisfaction in a professional, timely manner, responding verbally and/or in writing
• Implement preventive actions to reduce and/or prevent quality problems.
• Performs internal audits of the operation process using inspection results and statistical techniques to provide timely, accurate process and product analysis.
• Analyzes audit results and determines proper corrective and preventive action
• Defines and conducts both systematic/methodical and random/arbitrary tests to ensure proper Quality performance of products
• Collaborating with operations and engineering team to develop and implement controls and improvements.
• Monitoring and analyzing quality performance

Qualifications

• Degree in Quality, Industrial, Electronic& Electrical or Mechanical engineering or equivalent.
