Job Responsibilities : Hiring a skilled and experienced QA Associate Manager in the role of ensuring the quality and reliability of our web application systems. The position leads a team of QA engineers, develop and implement effective testing strategies, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality web applications, expertise in testing methodologies, risk mitigation, and team leadership pivotal in driving continuous improvement and ensuring the success of our software web development. JOB DESCRIPTION: Work closely with software analyst and developers to understand and clarify requirements to design comprehensive test plans and test cases. Manage and maintain test environments to ensure program deliverables are met to the agreed standard and are fit for purpose. Create test plans, requirements, scenario, and test data for use during testing. Execute testing to thoroughly test all software releases under your charge, which can include client and server-side products, API platform and server infrastructure. Significantly increase test automation coverage. Manually test software where automation is not available yet. Help define, implement, and drive adoption of QA best practices and processes. Proactively help improve processes. Provide analysis of risks to developers and product managers to aid in release decision-making. Generate issue reports, work closely with developers to resolve issue and analysis on issues. Support other test areas including performance, load, security. Standby and support for critical production bugs and errors whenever necessary. Assists in monitoring production software alert logs, create issues, follow up and verify resolved of issues. Involves as SDET includes performing low-level testing such as software unit and module testing. Develop and maintain library of executable regression test scripts, Review requirements, statements of work, use cases, designs and architecture documents and providing feedback on completeness, correctness, traceability, and testability. Leading and mentoring test team members to enable growth and development in the testing domain. Pre-Requisites : REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor\'s degree in computer science, Software Engineering, Information Technology or equivalent. Proven 5+ years in testing lead role with strong interpersonal and leadership skills. Experienced in designing and implementing the most suitable testing methodologies, including UI, regression, performance, functional, non-functional, unit, integration, API, and test-driven development testing, to respond to projects of various complexities and challenging timelines. Able to identify opportunities for automation and delivering test automation tools to support regression testing and new development. Strong communication skills coupled with excellent stakeholder and cross-functional teams engagement skills. Possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to quickly identify and resolve issues and risks. Provision of timely updates with regards to team\'s workload to stakeholders. Certification in quality assurance (e.g., ISTQB) is a plus. Good team player works efficiently with minimal supervision. Technical Capability Skilled in coding automated test scripts for web and mobile application. Preferably familiar with C#.NET, Java, HTML, SQL, and AWS Cloud Platform. Understanding of automation framework such as Selenium, Appium and Cypress. Basic experience in using Cucumber and/or Karate DSL. Knowledge on how to carry out web security vulnerabilities tests. Extensive delivery experience within the Agile and Waterfall environment. Experience utilising tools such as JIRA, TestRail and Confluence or similar tools for test planning, execution, and defect management in an integrated environment. Are you game
