Job Description
- Familiarity with SMT, PCBA, and final assembly process quality systems, production processes, statistical methods, and management skills.
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor\'s Degree in Quality, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
- Good knowledge of electrical/electronic and mechanical engineering, materials, and expertise in quality management methods.
- Good attitude, positive mindset, and communication skills.
- Demonstrated written and oral communication skills in English and Malay.
- Full-time positions available in Senai, Johor.
- Ensure all finished products meet specified requirements.
- Manpower arrangement schedule to carry out the inspection plan
- Implement and evaluate quality strategies and systems.
- Ensure parts conform to quality standards.
- Respond to customer issues regarding product quality until they are resolved, and handle customer inquiries related to quality and audits.
- Handle and resolve customer inquiries concerning quality and audits.
- Assisting in ad-hoc tasks as assigned from time to time.
