Technical Sales Support:
Provide technical support during the pre-sales process, including the preparation of technical proposals, product presentations, and customer consultations.
Work closely with customers to understand their technical requirements and recommend appropriate solutions from the company's product portfolio.
Application Engineering:
Conduct application engineering tasks such as product selection, design validation, and technical analysis to ensure that proposed solutions meet customer specifications and industry standards.
Assist in customizing standard products to meet specific customer requirements, working with the engineering team to develop tailored solutions.
Proposal and Tender Preparation:
Prepare detailed technical proposals and tenders, ensuring that all technical aspects are accurately represented and that proposals meet customer and regulatory requirements
Collaborate with the sales team to ensure that all commercial aspects of proposals are aligned with technical solutions.
Customer Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, providing ongoing technical support and addressing any concerns that arise during the sales and post-sales process.
Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering high-quality technical solutions and timely responses to inquiries.
