Job Requirements:

Candidate must possess at least Bachelor\'s Degree/ Diploma/ Professional Degree in Plastic Injection, Mechanical Engineering or any equivalent.
Strong hand-on experience in injection molding and managing tooling, equipment, materials, product manufacturing and quality.
Able to troubleshoot production issues by applying scientific methodology.
Candidates must willing to work at Senai, Johor area.

Job Responsibilities:

Responsible for the project related to plastic injection molding process in the cradle-to-grave approach.
Develop new processes, implement and evaluate changes to existing processes to improve product quality.
Apply scientific molding process into NPI testing, implement technical solution including statistical methodology to meet customer cost requirements with regard to cost, quality and delivery.
Design and implement optimum engineering processes through the use of DFM, PFMEA, and control Plan.
Review the process flow to enhance quality and productivity through Best Practice Assembly Process, Jigs & Fixture Design Concept, Error Proofing, and Work Instruction.
