- Customer Services which include daily operations activities, field service work and customer support activities & maintenance (Onshore / Offshore).
- Dealing with varied level of customers which include contractors, consultants, end users and also in house sales engineers / staffs.
- Duties varied from Technical telephone support, basic project management (site visit or site survey) and product improvement / upgrading project.
