Job Description

1. Site Supervision & Coordination

Supervise and monitor daily civil works to ensure all activities comply with approved drawings, specifications, and method statements. Coordinate with subcontractors, consultants, and internal teams to ensure smooth and timely project execution. Ensure proper manpower and material allocation at the site.

2. Quality Control & Compliance

Conduct regular inspections to ensure the quality of work meets company standards, QMS requirements, engineering codes, and client specifications. Identify, report, and assist in resolving any technical or quality issues on-site. Ensure proper implementation of approved inspection and testing plans (ITP).

3. Progress Monitoring

Track and monitor project progress to ensure adherence to schedule. Prepare and submit daily and weekly site progress reports, including updates on work status and issues encountered. Assist in planning work sequences and coordinating with relevant parties to achieve project milestones.

4. Documentation & Reporting

Maintain complete and up-to-date site documentation, including site diary, inspection records, material delivery logs, and other related records. Assist in the preparation of site reports, as-built drawings, and progress claims for submission to the project team or client.

5. Health, Safety & Environment (HSE)

Enforce and ensure compliance with site safety procedures and company HSE policies. Participate in safety briefings and toolbox meetings. Report and assist in investigating any site incidents, near misses, or non-conformities, and recommend corrective actions.

6. Ad-Hoc Tasks

Support project management in any additional duties or assignments as required. Provide assistance during audits, inspections, and coordination meetings.
