Engineer / Sr Engineer - Production

Duties and responsibilities

• Control production activities, material flow, and inventory to achieve cost and quality targets and production schedules of the assigned production line(s), ensure compliance of standards.
• May be responsible for the management and supervision of production technicians and supervisors for senior positions.
• The job function listed is not exhaustive and shall also include any responsibilities as assigned by the Supervisor from time to time.

Professional competencies

• Bachelor Degree in Engineering.
• Possess basic knowledge of Automated machine. Minimum 1 year of experience.
• Good understanding about SOP, process FMEA & non confirmation report.
• Possess basic problem solving skill - 5Why analysis, fish bone, FMEA
• Having experience in managing a team of technician.
• Preferably having Six sigma knowledge and Machine OEE.
