Engineer/ Sr. Engineer/Asst Manager - Production

Duties and responsibilities

• Responsible for directing the manufacturing operations performed in a shift or group of production lines, ensuring they reach volume, quality and cost goals.
• Determine manufacturing processes and calculate machine and operator loads.
• The job function listed is not exhaustive and shall also include any responsibilities as assigned by the Supervisor from time to time.

Professional competencies

• Able to read the 2D and 3D drawing. Able to explain the specification and mechanical drawing.
• Experience in managing a group of production supervisor and executive. (140-190 Headcounts).
• Result oriented in term production KPI delivery such as Safety, Quality, Cost, Delivery & yield.
• Good critical thinking process. Experience in talent & succession planning.
• Fluent Spoken and writing Bahasa Malaysia and English.
• Preferably having relevant experience in production - Medical - manual process which involve Fitting, Milling, drilling and adjusting process.
• Good knowledge in lean manufacturing and agile manufacturing concept.
• Preferably having experience in setup KPI, policy and standard workflow.
