Job Description

To conduct product audit and manufacturing process audit, to initiate improvement activities upon discussion with other departments, to organize start tooling meeting, to responsible for NPI samples building planning & follow up till mass production, to maintain & update DBS system for new product, to prepare project documentation such as WI, Packing Spec, Part Differantial Guide, to discuss with designer tooling limitation & proposal during start new tooling, to distribute customer drawing, Packing Spec, Part differential guide, WI & ECN to related department, to ensure old revision part need to dispose after new ECN approve, to prepare gantt chart, work closely with NPI team to prepare process flow, FMEA and control plan for new product.
