Coordinate daily job assignments for technicians.
Schedule site visits, job pick-ups/deliveries, and service appointments.
Communicate updates to customers regarding job status, timelines, and completion progress
Emergency Standby Support (Core Requirement)
Be on standby outside normal working hours (nights/weekends/public holidays) to:
Answer customer breakdown calls/messages.
Arrange emergency service dispatch.
Customer Support & Communication
Handle enquiries from maintenance departments, procurement teams, and factory engineers.
Documentation & Reporting
Maintain proper service logs, job tracking, customer history, and case progress
REQUIREMENTS
Minimum 2 years experience in
service coordination, customer service, scheduling, or sales support
, preferably industrial/technical.
MUST be willing to support emergencies
after working hours & weekends
(rotational standby).
Strong multitasking and prioritization under time pressure.
Excellent communication skills with engineering and factory personnel.
High discipline, accountability, and urgency mindset.
Comfortable working with minimal supervision.
Able to document and follow up professionally and accurately.
