  • Administrative of the Plant Maintenance System inclusive Updating equipment list.
  • Administrative office duties (PMS) receive and assign JT by trades and send to various section.
  • Monitoring, printing and delegation of PMS job request inclusive of generating and updating reports (outstanding vs completion)
  • Develop and carry out Engineering documentation and filing system
  • Updating and maintaining the Quality Management System (i.e. ISO, HACCP, OSH, EMS documentation) as directed by the process owner
  • Managing and monitoring staff movement as guided by the RWG Human Resource Policy.
  • Process and submit all departmental documents and forms for approval
  • Provide back-up support for Executive Assistants
  • Performs other duties as required.
  • Update the daily staff productivity.
  • Update the Awana Skyway Station and GHPO (over few hundred) water/Electricity/Gas utilities metering account and billing charges issuance. Inclusive enquires and check utilities billing by consumer.
  • One call centre and receptionist for Mid-hill Engineering.
