Duration: Permanent

Salary: $156K - $220K SGD / Annum

The Company

The client is a rapidly growing global leader in the production of sustainable feed ingredients for the animal feed & agriculture industries.

The Role

Driving all engineering and project works across multiple manufacturing sites and executing planning works to set-up new sites in APAC. Establish and enable a strong team at the group level and oversee site engineering activities.

Duties/Responsibilities:

These include introducing the latest technology for Insect protein processing systems, driving continuous improvement and efficiency, autonomous processes and providing training and development for the engineering team. Key responsibilities are outlined below:

\xc2\xb7 Be responsible for all-round technical support to internal and external manufacturing sites.

\xc2\xb7 Support plants on preventive maintenance program set-up, TPM implementation, daily maintenance on process equipment and utilities and facilities.

\xc2\xb7 Work closely with multiple manufacturing sites to improve performance, reliability, and capability to secure supply and accelerate innovation.

\xc2\xb7 Facilitate capital planning and budgeting for processing equipment and facilities, monitor progress and regular reporting.

\xc2\xb7 Serve as a subject-matter expert (SME) for processing system and facilities for the development of new operations, improved performance, evaluate and manage risks.

\xc2\xb7 Develop and execute a regional manufacturing engineering road map and strategies, including engineering planning, scheduling, budgeting, and process improvements.

\xc2\xb7 Recruit additional engineering staff as needed.

\xc2\xb7 Develop partnerships with suitable industrial partners to support the engineering and manufacturing expansion plans.

Candidate Requirements

\xc2\xb7 Degree in engineering (Mechanical, Process, Industrial) bachelor\'s or higher - PMP will be an advantage.

\xc2\xb7 15+ Years in Engineering project work in food/pharma industry.

\xc2\xb7 Executed Greenfield and Brownfield CAPEX projects for manufacturing sector in related fields in this region.

\xc2\xb7 Worked with CAPEX of $30mil USD or higher.

\xc2\xb7 Experienced in dry powder processing - Both Wet and Dry Experience will be an advantage.
