Due to rapid expansion, they are seeking an Industrial Engineering Director.Key Responsibilities:

• Space & Layout Management

• Collaborate with Operations leadership to enhance factory performance.
• Lead factory IE teams in maximizing production efficiency using work centres, dedicated lines, and cell lines.
• Drive space utilization to accommodate production expansion and new business.
• Approve layout and re-layout activities, ensuring process flow improvements.
• Partner with Lean teams for continuous improvement.
• Capacity & Capability Management

• Manage the industrial roadmap, ensuring adequate capacity for current and new business needs.
• Oversee resource management (labour, equipment) and capex spending for wise investments and upgrades.
• Lead MSSP for NPI to align site selection with the roadmap.
• Plan annual budgets for new products, processes, and equipment.
• Standard Time & Productivity Management

• Standardize time measurement across sites using MTM and ERP S4 Hana.
• Ensure balanced production lines to improve productivity.
• Manage productivity improvement and standard time adjustments annually.
• Validate standard time for critical models in Mass Production and NPI.
• Product Costing Management

• Review NPI standard time and identify automation opportunities.
• Lead costing reviews and handle marketing escalations related to product costing.
• Compliance

• Ensure alignment with quality management, health and safety, environmental standards, and legal requirements.
• Other Duties

• Perform additional responsibilities as assigned

Skills & Experience Required:

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering preferred. Equivalent degrees in electrical, electronic, or mechanical engineering may be considered with relevant experience.
• Minimum 20 years of experience in electronics manufacturing with automation design.
• Preferred experience in box build, PCBA, product testing, and PSU testing processes.
• Experience managing teams and projects.
• Expertise in automation processes and line design.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes.
• Proficiency in new process technologies and data analysis.
• Adaptability in fast-changing environments.
• Strong communication and project management skills.
• Must be willing to travel occasionally to worldwide sites, including Mexico, Southeast Asia, Asia, etc.
