If you are excited about a role but don\'t meet every bullet point, we encourage you to apply and join us to create the extraordinary.Job SummaryJob summary:To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we\xe2\x80\x99re looking to add an Industrial Engineering Manager located in Bukit Minyal, PenangReporting to the Director, the Industrial Engineering Manager will be responsible for leading a global team of industrial engineers working on increasing productivity through the management of workers, methods of business organization, and technology to solve organizational, production, and related problems efficientlyWhat a typical day looks like:

• Deploy Global Industrial Engineering standardization systems that support Flex Automation
• Create Master standard data (MSD) for all sites Industrial Engineers
• Design and standardize the Flex Industrial Engineering labor and equipment capacity analysis methodologies, processes, and systems
• Standardize the Industrial Engineering space & layout design processes
• Facilitate and standardize the Industrial Engineering working process in standards management, resource optimization, and productivity performance management processes
• Recommends methods for improving worker efficiency and reducing waste of materials and utilities, such as restructuring job duties, reorganizing work flow, relocation work stations and equipment, and purchase of equipment.
• May develop management systems for cost analysis, financial planning, wage and salary administration, and job evaluation
• Develops management control systems to aid in financial planning and cost analysis, and design production planning and control systems to coordinate activities and ensure product quality.
• Designs or improve systems for the physical distribution of goods and services, as well as determining the most efficient plant locations.
• Organizes details into a broad view of the total operations and organization of Flex.

The experience we\xe2\x80\x99re looking to add to our team:

• Typically requires a Industrial Engineering or related Engineering degree.
• Typically requires a minimum of 5 years of engineering experience, including supervision.
