We are looking for a Maintenance Planner which to ensure the factory\'s maintenance system is optimally planned, executed and its effectiveness measured in order to ensure asset reliability and deliver plant performance. To ensure periodically review, validate, update and improve maintenance plans and task list To optimize the Preventive Maintenance To manage, housekeep and ensure integrity of Asset Maintenance Management (AMM) To perform Maintenance Performance Analysis To support and drive Total Performance Management (TPM) Planned Maintenance implementation To support preparation and execution of Internal and External Audits To ensure compliance to Nestle Engineering Standards To develop and manage the maintenance planning and scheduling routine to ensure maintenance activities are executed timely To manage the issuance, gather feedback and track completion of the Work Orders To secure equipment availability on a weekly cycle with production to allow for effective completion of preventive maintenance plan. Negotiating with production planning Following prescribed guidelines when managing the Maintenance & Improvement Budget (M&I) Prepare the Annual Budget and cascade accordingly Maintenance Expenditure Tracking To continuously drive maintenance cost optimization initiatives AMM Site Trainer/ coordinator & Super- User Develop Competent AMM users for Maintenance Support What Will Make You Successful, Has 3+ years food industry experience in a manufacturing environment would be advantages A minimum of Bachelor degree holder in Mechanical/Electrical or any related engineering discipline.
