Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Engineering Manager to lead and manage all engineering-related matters in an extrusion manufacturing MNC. This role is based in Kedah and requires expertise in driving operational excellence and delivering innovative solutions.
- Lead and oversee the engineering team to ensure efficient operations and project delivery.
- Develop and implement engineering strategies that align with business objectives.
- Monitor and manage budgets, timelines, and resources effectively.
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards across all engineering activities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize manufacturing processes.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance productivity and reduce costs.
- Provide technical guidance and support to team members and stakeholders.
- Stay updated with advancements in industrial and manufacturing technologies.
- A degree in Engineering or a related field.
- Significant experience in an extrusion / continuous manufacturing environment (plastic/rubber preferred)
- Proven leadership and team management abilities.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Excellent knowledge of engineering standards and practices.
- Ability to manage budgets and resources effectively.
