Job Vacancy: Process Engineer

We are seeking a

Process Engineer

to join our team. This role involves supporting product and process development, monitoring production performance, and ensuring quality, safety, and efficiency.

Responsibilities

Study, research, and develop ideas for new products and systems. Prepare and follow up mould trials on new developments and internal evaluations. Conduct reliability testing and prepare reports. Carry out research to improve manufacturing processes and ensure compliance with safety standards. Discuss, coordinate, and generate

3D and 2D drawings

for new projects (SolidWorks or similar CAD software). Design and write electrical circuits and systems. Plan and design equipment layout for production. Monitor project timelines and ensure development milestones are met. Conduct tests, monitor process performance, and troubleshoot manufacturing problems. Support new printing development. Work with QC on joint measurements when required. Manage tooling flow (in & out) and prepare tooling breakdown reports. Create and maintain mould history records and prepare summary reports. Prepare, update, and maintain documents: Product Profile, SOP, Master Parameter, customer drawings & specifications. Prepare test requests and follow up with planner. Liaise with TCD & Warehouse for sample shipments. Prepare customer samples and issue PRs; maintain proper records. Ensure compliance with statutory laws, OSH, QMS, company policies, and workplace safety/cleanliness standards. Perform other duties as assigned by superior.

Requirements

Degree/Diploma in Engineering or related field. Knowledge of

3D CAD software

(SolidWorks preferred). Language proficiency:

Malay / English

(Chinese is an added advantage). Fresh graduates are welcome (training will be provided). Computer literate (Microsoft Office, ERP/SAP systems).

Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive

in problem-solving. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
