We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Team Lead to manage and guide a squad of 5-7 engineers, ranging from junior developers to senior and principal engineers. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on leader who can drive by example, foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement, and effectively manage the team's technical and professional growth.

• Lead and manage a diverse engineering team, overseeing projects and development.
• Drive technical excellence through coding, design, and architecture discussions.
• Collaborate with product managers to define scope, timelines, and deliverables.
• Mentor team members on technical challenges and career growth.
• Facilitate Agile practices like sprint planning and retrospectives.
• Design and implement scalable IP and Voice data processing solutions.
• Address technical debt, performance issues, and project risks.

• Bachelor's in Computer Science or related field; advanced degree preferred.
• 8+ years in software development, including 3+ years in leadership/mentoring.
• Expertise in C/C++ with modern standards and frameworks.

• Experience in multi-threaded programming, performance optimization, and distributed systems.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies, including Kanban and Scrum.
• Proven success in leading software projects and driving technical initiatives.
