Analyse product specifications, parts drawings, and other engineering data to develop new production processes, estimate time requirements for each step, and prepares operation sheets. Analyse existing production processes and develop recommendations for changes to working methods or operation sequences that will minimise risks, costs, and wastage; increase yields and productivity; and improve the quality and consistency of final products. Professional competencies Basic knowledge of Stamping machine/process. Minimum 1 year of experience. Having understanding about SOP, process FMEA & non confirmation report. Having basic problem solving skill - 5Why analysis, fish bone, FMEA. Good experience in manage technicians. Perferably in having stamping machine and stamping process knowledge. Preferably in having six sigma knowledge. Preferably in having handling machine OEE. Personal competencies Be determined to achieve. Contribute to team success. Communicate effectively.
