Senior Copywriter

We are looking for a conceptually strong, creative and digitally savvy Senior Copywriter to join our team. In your role, you will work very closely with creative and brand leads, social media specialists and respective execution teams across a variety of digital and integrated projects \xe2\x80\x93 digital campaigns, always-on content creation, branding, websites, etc. If you\xe2\x80\x99re a strong wordsmith who can write across different media and also a creative thinker who understands brand experience and customer journey in the digital space, we want you!

You will need to ensure copy is consistent with our company\xe2\x80\x99s tone and the overall strategic goals of the brands you are working on. As a brand steward, you will need to understand and promote the use of brand assets and guidelines, and ensure brand integrity from concept through final production.

Qualifications

• Have at least 5 years of experience of writing innovative and engaging copy for above the line and digital communications for an agency.
• Have impeccable English writing skills with a proficiency in grammar and spelling, and a keen eye for detail.
• Able to conceptualise, create and write for fast-paced consumer and retail brands, across verticals.
• Able to understand different target audiences and write in multiple voices and styles, as you may be required to quickly switch from one client project to the next.
• Have a collaborative work style \xe2\x80\x93 must be able to work closely and effectively with art directors, designers and social media strategists.
• Able to understand strategy and be an active participant in ensuring the integrity of our project strategy is maintained throughout the creative process.
• Have solid time management skills, with the ability to handle and prioritise multiple projects, regardless of the inevitable changing scope, timelines, goals, etc.
• Have a love for creating and executing innovative brand solutions and ideas.
