Lecturer is responsible in providing quality teaching, guiding and supervising all levels of students. Ensuring quality teaching and uphold good moral values in health care practice in line with the policies and procedures of the health care services as well as legislative requirements and KPJ principles. To implement and adhere to college vision, mission, policies and decisions in an effective and efficient manner. To plan, organize and coordinate the learning experiences of students to ensure their learning objectives are met and safe conducive learning environment To participate and provide support in training and relevant activities with KPJSB group of hospitals and its companies. To attend and participate in college meeting and monthly education committee meeting. To be a member of the organizing committee for College Graduation Ceremony. To liaise and update lecturer in charge of group on Islamic and moral studies academic progress reports and other relevant matters. To participate in students\xe2\x80\x99 welfare in college and hostels and ensure they are met. To assist in the recruitment of students for any programmes conducted by the college. To participate and be a member of the interviewing committee in the selections of students. To be assigned to be in charge of a group of students. To carry out all the teaching hours that have been assigned. To teach subject and relevant subjects in the programmes that have been assigned in accordance with curriculum and teachers guide using varying teaching methodology. To ensure all learning activities are being carried out according to Master Planner. To plan and coordinate study visits for students applicable to their learning needs. To provide support in student learning through mentor/mentee system, counselling and tutorials. To maintain students\xe2\x80\x99 documents pertaining to students\xe2\x80\x99 academic performance. To provide feedback to students on academic performance with regards to subject. To identify, support and guide those students who have difficulties in achieving their subject competencies. To carry out continuous and final assessment in every semester according to curriculum content. To formulate and submit questions to principal for every summative examination. To maintain confidentiality in examination preparation and procedure. To act as an examination invigilator, implement and maintain the examination policy throughout. To organise and coordinate extracurricular activities that can enhance the learning of subject in the college e.g. National Day etc. To be an advisor to Co-operative Biro of Student Body. To participate actively in college and all KPJSB quality assurance activities. To promote and maintain a culture towards providing an excellence in quality through education and training. Responsible in the implementation of the total quality of college education.
