What You'll Do (The Role)

As our Teacher Trainer, you will be the guardian of our teaching quality. Your key responsibilities will be:

Training & Development:

Responsible for coaching and developing newly hired English teachers to meet Hero Education's high standards.

Quality Control:

Conduct regular class observations, provide constructive, data-based feedback, and ensure teaching quality is consistent.

Curriculum Optimization:

Assist in developing and updating teacher training manuals and teaching materials.

Team Empowerment:

Organize and lead regular teacher workshops and sharing sessions to elevate the team's overall teaching skills.

Performance Evaluation:

Assist management in evaluating teacher performance using clear metrics.

Process Improvement:

Propose innovative, logical solutions to improve the efficiency and quality of teacher management.

Our Hard Requirements

Full fluency in spoken and written English. At least 1 year of English teaching experience. A genuine desire to move out of a pure teaching role and into a training, leadership, and management position.
