The Enrollment & Marketing Executive is responsible for
driving student recruitment and increasing brand visibility
for the institution. This role involves executing strategic marketing campaigns, managing the entire student enrollment lifecycle from inquiry to registration, and ensuring effective communication with prospective students and their families. The ideal candidate is a proactive, results-oriented professional with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
A. Enrollment Management
Manage and track prospective student inquiries through various channels (phone, email, walk-ins, online forms).
Conduct informative counseling sessions, campus tours, and presentations for potential students and parents.
Guide applicants through the entire admission process, including application submission, document verification, and financial aid inquiries (if applicable).
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all enrollment activities and prospective student data in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
Follow up consistently with leads to achieve enrollment targets and provide timely, professional support.
B. Marketing & Outreach
Assist in the planning, execution, and optimization of marketing campaigns across digital (social media, email, website) and traditional media.
Coordinate and participate in recruitment events, education fairs, school visits, and open houses.
Contribute to the development and creation of marketing collateral (brochures, flyers, digital content, presentations).
Conduct market research to identify new recruitment opportunities, market trends, and competitive activities.
Manage the institution's social media presence to increase engagement and attract prospective students.
C. Reporting & Administration
Prepare regular reports on enrollment statistics, marketing campaign effectiveness, and lead conversion rates.
Collaborate closely with academic and administrative departments to ensure a seamless student onboarding experience.
Manage and reconcile budgets related to enrollment and marketing activities.
Required Qualifications and Skills
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.Postgraduate qualification or specialized certification in Digital Marketing.
Experience
Minimum of
2 years
of experience in a sales, marketing, or enrollment-focused role, preferably within the education sector.Prior experience with an Education CRM (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar).
Skills
Excellent
verbal and written communication skills
(proficient in [Specify language(s), e.g., English]).Proficiency in graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe) or video editing is a plus.
Attributes
