Why does this job exist and why is it critical The incumbent will be responsible to develop and maintain Enterprise Programme Management Office (PMO) Analyst specifications with the aim to drive process efficiency and achieve speed to market, better response time or control over daily operations What are you accountable for Programme Management Office - Project Delivery Management Support Maintain all project agreements, scope and finance-related documentations Perform assessment criteria and assign project manager assignments and records Maintain project delivery tracker list, analyse all project data and project deliverables and ensure adherence to all timeframe and budget requirements. Manage the risk, issues and Change Control governance and ensure all requested changes from project delivery are defined, reviewed, and agreed upon so they can be properly action and communicated to all stakeholders. Assist in project closure, conducts post-project reviews and perform required benefit analysis in collaboration with the project team and maintain a record of all governance meetings. Plan, organize and supports PMO lead status meetings. Perform regular project status calls on a weekly and monthly basis. Drafts meeting agendas and meeting minutes. Maintain all work according to programme office procedures and policies. Programme Management Office - Project Analytical Assessment and Reporting Perform financial analysis on all project budgets and prepare monthly, quarterly and yearly reports for all budget, forecast, and billed revenue reports. Perform project health risks analysis, prioritize and perform coordination with action to facilitate all follow-up action with Project Managers Develop and maintain project performance dashboards and prepare objective weekly reporting to management. Plan, organize and supports PMO lead status meetings. Perform regular project status calls on a weekly and monthly basis. Drafts meeting agendas and meeting minutes. Maintain all work according to programme office procedures and policies. Programme Management Office - Process Improvement Maintain Governance frameworks and processes Produced instructional and procedural documentation, report and presentations Create and implement best practice methods, processes & tools Perform onboarding program to stakeholders Service Delivery & Operations (SD&O) Interlock/Initiative Collaborate with various Enterprise team to perform associate activities and prepare appropriate summaries within the required timeframe. What do you need to have for this role Specialised in either Information Technology, Computer Science. The candidate should have experience in ICT, Enterprise Business, Telecommunication, Cloud, IoT and Digital. More than 8 years of working experience 6 to 8 years or more in Project and Program Management inclusive of managing project financials/billing in Telecommunications, Enterprise Services and/or IT Services Enterprise workflow and applications operations support and Project Delivery Quality Improvement. PMP Certification is an added advantage. Proficient in MS Office (MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Power Automate) & Process tools (MS Visio, MS Project, Sharepoint workflow, etc).
