- Must have a minimum of SPM Certificate
- Preferably with call handling experience.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Willing to work on rotational shift and on weekend
- Willing to be based in Berjaya Timesquare
- Preferable to have own transportation
- Handling incoming calls and inquiries from customers
- Follow up and resolve customer's complains
- Work closely with team members and leaders to achieve quality results and productivity
- Ensure efficient escalation of priority requests/feedback toward an effective resolution
- Participate in ad hoc projects as required
- Upsell and cross-sell skills with the ability to provide alternate solutions and suggestions
- Any other duties assigned by the team leader
- Basic Salary: up to RM1850
- Mandarin Language allowance: RM300
- Shift Allowance provided (Up to RM10/Hour)
- EPF & Socso Provided
- 1 month's bonus available subject to performance
- OT allowance provided
- Training Provided
