Company Background: Manufacturing of Bearings Location: Balakong Position: Environment, Health & Safety Executive Working Hours: Mon to Fri (8am - 5.45pm) Salary offer: RM2.6k to 3.1k (Including Basic + Allowance) Main Responsibilities : \xe2\x80\xa2 Responsible to conduct audit on OHS and Environment Management System \xe2\x80\xa2 Responsible to provide information to HOD on the overall findings and the corrective actions \xe2\x80\xa2 Responsible to follow up on OHS & Environment audit finding closure (eg. Internal audit, external audit, HQ audit, government agencies audit, etc) \xe2\x80\xa2 To follow up on Hiyari Hatto (near miss, uncase act & unsafe condition) until closure \xe2\x80\xa2 To be in charge with the Schedule waste management (eg. coordination with departments & schedule waste collector, keep up to date inventory, consignment note, eSWIS submission of documentation, etc) \xe2\x80\xa2 To develop, implement and conduct OHS & Environment related training (eg. DOJO training, Awareness training, newsletter, etc) \xe2\x80\xa2 To assist in the preparation of the training module for both OHS & Environment \xe2\x80\xa2 To manage compliance to legal & other requirements (eg. ROHS, Halogen) and green procurements \xe2\x80\xa2 Responsible to control and supervise the FRS and Chemical Spill Team and its activities \xe2\x80\xa2 Implement motivational and incentive programs that promote OHS & Environment awareness \xe2\x80\xa2 To record and issue meeting minutes for Safety & Health committee and Schedule Waste committee \xe2\x80\xa2 To lead environmental patrol, reporting and follow up on findings \xe2\x80\xa2 To initiate and organize OHS & Environment related programs (eg. Safety campaign, waste, water & energy reduction program, etc) Other responsibility : Any other job that may be assigned by Superiors from time to time. Requirements : \xe2\x80\xa2 Degree in Environment, Health & Safety or equivalent \xe2\x80\xa2 2 \xe2\x80\x93 3 years of relevant experience is required for this position \xe2\x80\xa2 Possess ISO14001:2015 or ISO45001:2018 Internal Auditor Course Certificate \xe2\x80\xa2 Able to work independently with minimum supervision
