Job Description
Job Responsibility
- Contact existing and potential customers by telephone and email
- In charge of outbound cold calling, lead generation, data refine, and appointment setting
- Provide an overview and upsell the products and services
- Maintain and develop good relationship with existing and potential customers
- Contribute and achieve the department group target set by the organization
- Handle sales, products, & services enquiries
Requirement
- SPM / Diploma / Degree or any relevant certificate in any field
- Minimum 1 year experience in the area of telemarketing / telesales (call center is advantageous)
-Prefer applicant who has experience in sales and marketing
- Good presentation & negotiation skills with the ability to present product based on customer needs
- Candidate must be computer literate with good working knowledge of computer skills
- Possess positive working attitude and able to work in a fast peace and dynamic environment
- Must be independent, pro-active and self-driven
